Re: There's something about thursday.
Pants. The last time I visited Lidl on a thursday there was a cloud of pants in the air. The throng was so tight around the new delivery of undergarments that I had to use a different aisle. And they are not shy when it comes to opening the packets and mixing and matching. Pants were flying about w...

Re: There's something about thursday.
We've had our selling website since 2008 and although I have Google Analytics embedded in the site, I rely on StatCounter for my day to day stat monitoring. There have been many different patterns over the years mainly we assume because internet browsing has changed considerably in that time. Our bi...

Re: Is it only me who thinks this is weird?
Hi Photolady, Judging by the responses so far, it would seem that it IS only you who thinks what this young girl has done is weird. I personally think it is very sweet and lovely to do this photo shoot, she won't be able to live her dream so why not! It is also so nice to have her hair and make up ...

Re: Hot Deal Lidl: Chablis - Dog food (20.5./21.5.)
Our dogs used to have the Lidl's own dog food when we were in Cyprus and had it for years. Now we're back in UK our dog has Morrison's own brand.
You just have to introduce a different food slowly rather than change it all at once. A bit at a time...

Is it only me who thinks this is weird?
I understand that some women dream about and plan their ideal wedding day for years on end - but to have a make believe one all on your own just doesn't seem right to me: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/world-asia-39871915/cancer-patient-fulfils-solo-wedding-dream I realise this particular lady has a t...

Re: Repossession?
Can't help regarding the repossession but when you say your previous employers didn't pay your SI - were they making the deductions from your salary before they paid you? If so, get yourself down to the Employment office - the staff are keen to chase them up! I had to go to the Limassol office some ...

Re: Crazy drunk driver arrested in Paphos
Interesting how stories vary.... The mans' age increased by a year according to In-Cyprus news report and so did the number of times he was over the limit but Cyprus Mail say he was 56yrs of age and almost 6 times over the legal limit of alcohol. A driver who was almost six times over the limit caus...

I have a husband for that he comes in very handy around the home. I got me a used model, already fully trained in home management skills. I would highly recommended getting a second hand one

The good weather is still continuing here in our neck of the woods..... it's been better weather "oop north" than "darn sarf" where my sister-in-law and hubby are living in the land of Selsey for the last few days. But, they will soon be joining us here at Knott End later this ye...
