The mother-in-law arrives home from the shops to find her son-in-law Paddy in a steaming rage and hurriedly packing his suitcase. "What happened Paddy?" she asks anxiously. “What happened?? I'll tell you what happened! I sent an e-mail to my wife telling her I was coming home today from my...

Three Elderly Golfers.

Three Elderly Golfers. Three elderly golfers are walking down the green. "Sixty is the worst age to be," says the 60-year-old, "You always feel like you have to pee. And most of the time nothing happens." "Ah, that's nothing," says the 70-year-old. "When you're 70,...

Re: Tougher penalties for traffic offences planned

How fast were you going when they caught you? You never did reply. Again this is my business and it will stay that way, how fast was your recent speeding fine for? just to say I was going fast enough for the rosser with his new toy. It is really a stupid speed limit on this road, and THIS is ...

Re: any one notice change of speed limit?

Why do you want to know?, I guess you have been a lot faster in your time all them super fast Army vehicles. But not as fast as the taxi that thrashed by us all. If you ever drive down this new motorway to nowhere let us all know how 50kph feels, bloody slow and the speed limit on this road is plain...

Re: any one notice change of speed limit?

Far too many Mr perfects posting on this thread, you know who you are, we all have stepped over the line in our long driving lives, for me, it was my first ticket ever in my 54 years of driving, the point of this thread is the ridiculous road speed limit that has been set on this road, it is not a b...

Re: Tougher penalties for traffic offences planned

Morning. I'm afraid the problem of rough drivers is not just on the main roads, villages suffer too, you never see the police then, daily we see kids on mopeds doing wheelies and for sure no tax or insurance, if they hit you or any of your family then nothing would be done (see recent letter from a ...

Re: Well pleased.

For many years now I have been saying these are a must-have on any front screen here in Pafos town, they are very easy to fit and I have also put one on my rear screen, all you need is a power socket most cars now have these in the boot, hide the wires behind the rubber sealing and for sure it makes...

Speeding ticket. Yesterday. Hello John. Also if turning left down that new motorway to nowhere it is still 50k and hour why? no houses or any other built up areas, they should come into villages like ours where there is unrestricted speed limits, it is an accident waiting to happen, children actuall...
