If the conservative government had put a figure of say 55% in favour at the referendum we would not be in the mess we are in. A figure of 55% could be justified on the basis of the significance and importance of the decision.

Re: British holiday maker shot
Having met a number of reporters in the seventies and eighties when I worked in the city of London they always used to say " don't let truth get in the way of a good story ". It obviously still continues.

Re: iOS 12 on iPad
Looks as if the price of the 6th generation iPad will not be effected by these changes. Seems that all the major retailers are selling it at the same price , just over £400 for the 128 version.

Re: iOS 12 on iPad
I was about to replace my iPad with a 2018 model but my son warned me that Apple are making an announcement next week about new models , which will probably mean that the current models will fall in price.

Trev , now you are putting me under pressure ! I think the first was to pay your bill and to go straight to the cashiers , the second reconnection ? Any way the third gives you a ticket to queu for assistance.

Re: EAC office , Paphos
Just come back from the EAC office to ask for a print out for recovering my iPT paid. No problem with parking there is plenty of rough ground around if the visitors car park full. Took a ticket there was only two people in front of me and I waited less than five minutes. Needed to see my passport an...

EAC office , Paphos
I have to visit the above office to ask for confirmation of when my electricity supply was connected to recover the iPT paid by my developer. I know you have to take a ticket when you arrive and I am assuming my passport and latest electricity bill would be sufficient . Any one had any experience of...

Re: EasyJet announces new Cyprus flights from Bristol Airport
Hi Suetal ,
It's a shame that Cardiff does not do more flights , it's the same with Exeter airport , I live 20 minutes away from it but the number of flights are very limited. I think both Cardiff and Exeter have suffered from the success of Bristol.

Re: EasyJet announces new Cyprus flights from Bristol Airport
The three flights a week from Bristol to Paphos are always packed as said earlier . What I find are that the majority of people onboard are from Wales. I keep telling them they should be using their own airport in Cardiff but they never listen.
