Re: The UK’s expansionist policy towards the EU pre 2012
We also have a lot of rough sleepers on our streets, many of whom are ex Forces who have served our country in Iraq or Afghanistan, but who are thrown on the scrap heap when they need their country to help them.

Re: Police will target Wrongful Disabled Bay parking next week.
I just wish this would happen in the UK.
Disabled bays are abused all the time in supermarket car parks, which invariably means that a disabled driver has to walk a fair distance. If you say anything to the people responsible you just get sworn at.

Re: Food Mystery
Trevor, The alarming thing is that the cats sense of smell is telling them not to eat it, but to us, it smells ok. What rubbish we are putting into our stomachs is certainly a cause for concern as I see it. Bring back the good old family butcher, supermarkets are far too dodgy. We have an excellent ...

They won't be easy to get rid of in Paphos, someone knows where they are. How sad that such a lovely statue is ruined.

Re: Food Mystery
Trevor, that's really scary, it just makes you wonder what the heck we are eating. This morning I offered chicken livers to both my cats, a rare treat or it used to be, one had a sniff and a lick or two and then left it, the other sniffed and walked away.

Food Mystery
I don't know if any animal owners in Cyprus are experiencing this, but both my cats are refusing to eat fresh meat. Our cats have always loved the trimmings from steak, and one cat pounced on cooked chicken, but recently both my cats sniff it and walk away. What is worrying me is that if they know t...

We shall see.
If the fine is not paid, maybe a stretch behind bars might be a good idea, just to make sure that they really get the message.

Re: Gatwick reopens - and closes again.
With modern technology the mind boggles that we can have such a situation as this, if the rest of the world wasn't already laughing at us, they sure will be now.
