What would be really sad is if any were in the hands of their family members who chose for them. There is a significant number who are against vaccinations.

Re: Just seen on "In Cyprus"local news page
I think it’s fairly obvious that regardless of the outrage by many, people who are not sticking by the government regulations - are not going to anytime soon. They are well aware of the penalties which are there to be meted out to them. I believe it’s a minority and the entire Limassol district shou...

Re: Cyprus suspends AstraZeneca Vaccinations
Interesting to see that the UK are also retesting a batch of 1.7 million vaccines. I am pleased to see they are taking safety as seriously as Cyprus/other EU countries are! Explaining the reasons for the reduced number of vaccines in April, Mr Hancock told the House of Commons: "In the last wee...

Personally I am happy to wait longer for mine if there are older or vulnerable people needing a vaccine - whoever’s fault it is and wherever in the world they are.

The problem is though that it appears to be younger people who are spreading it to the older people who ultimately end up very ill in hospital. The spread in most cases is from family member to family member.

“It seems that Govt attitudes to us Brits must have changed post Brexit. Which is sad. Dee” Nothing to do with Brexit or Brits. It applies to all foreign nationals (third country and EU citizens) and came into effect in September 2020. https://in-cyprus.philenews.com/stricter-rules-now-in-place-befo...

Vaccines for Non GESY
Good news that people who are not in GESY who have sent the relevant forms to the Ministry of Health are finally being contacted direct for their vaccinations despite not getting any form of written approval. So they will get around to those who have submitted them.

My 80 year old sweet as cherry pie mum got such an email. It was actually very nasty and passive aggressively threatening. She had only had her new computer a relatively short while and I am reasonably certain had not engaged in any camera action or porn! The email appeared very personal and it genu...

Hi Neil
You can pay via JCC on the following link. Your reference number will be the last 3 digits of your MEU document, your passport or possibly your previous passport. Whatever you used when you registered the car. https://www.jccsmart.com/road-transpor ... nt/4888160

Re: Title deeds..A new twist.
As they had already bought and own the property, I don’t know why they would have a problem with a transfer of the title deed. Maybe just a different process for tax clearance. Methinks there is more to this and they should ask their lawyer exactly what the problem is.

Please also consider from a cleaning perspective. Some of the matt/rustic tiles are really awful to clean over large surfaces. Smooth tiles make happy moppers.

One of my criticisms of the municipality is not looking after the things they already have - including the new builds. Regarding the coastal paths - cyclis...
