Exit poll by BBX has Tories on 368!

If that is anything like the final outcome, Labour have got to ditch Corbyn now.
Labour should of ditched Corbyn a long time ago, to have any chance of winning an Election.

When I worked abroad on short term contracts I classed myself as an Expat as my point of origin was still the UK. Moving to Cyprus I class myself as an Immigrant.

Re: Paphos court acquits Rottweiler owner of manslaughter

I am left wondering whether had the poor woman concerned been a local Cypriot , would this case have been handled better? Was the police investigation thorough enough if the defence were able suggest that the poor lady wasn’t mauled by the dogs? Has the owner of the dogs been prosecuted if these do...

I read that ex Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith is calling for TC's in the UK (& other nationalities I'd guess) to be able to fly direct to Ercan in the north.

Re: Rise of SUVs 'makes mockery' of electric car push

Ive often wondered how people living in apartment blocks will be able to charge up their cars, also even if you park out side of your house, do we have extension leads across pavements, tripping people up with compensation lawyers, licking their lips, or do you put electric charge points outside eve...

I've never understood why people are quick to post criticism on forums and general facebook groups, yet don't post the criticism on the company's page. Any company that is any good will want to know when mistakes are being made. Dominic I sent a private message on the companys face book page, and i...

Happy Christmas

Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the pearly gates. "In honour of this holy season" Saint Peter said, "You must each possess something that symbolises Christmas to get into heaven." The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. "It...

Re: Beggers and scammers at Supermarkets

At the Paphos end of the Island we do of course get beggars and people trying to sell you things, usually windscreen wipers. The beggars are usually just sat there at the entrance to a store, or near the trolley park probably hoping for the coin you use in the trolley. Occasionally a beggar will ha...

Beggers and scammers at Supermarkets

I dont know if you have this problem over your side of the island, but in my local well known supermarket in Aradippou Larnaca, it was a big problem, not a day went by, when you were not pestered and harassed going into their store, I often complained to the staff, but just got the shrug, and the no...
