I have seen nothing about people not being eligible after August 31st if they do not have an MEU3
Are you saying an MEU1 is not valid now ?
Perhaps they mean any of the old ID cards in existence before the arrival of the MEU1?

Oil prices have come Down in recent weeks hence the drop in Petrol and Diesel fuel prices..
You and HiC should get together and decide whether oil prices have gone up or down!

Re: New health service

It appears that I am one step ahead of Tsadaken in that I have had my request to be a beneficiary of my chosen GP accepted (2 days after applying). According to the email I received accepting my request, I must now visit that doctor to 'validate my identity'. Does anyone know what that entails, wha...

It's all about driving defensively, wherever in the World you drive. Expect others to do the unexpected, allow plenty of room in front of you and when not accelerating keep that right foot hovering over the brake pedal. Totally correct. I used this principle and after driving in Baghdad, Riyadh, Ca...

Re: Pubs and dogs

There are very few pubs that would not let you have a drink with your pet dog, not a pub as such but the Bonamare cafe/pub on Timi beach is a favourite with me and my dog they also bring a bowl full of water for our pooch, the wife quite likes it too. ;) Don't tell everyone. We won't be able to get...

Interesting that Theresa May was in tears at her own loss, but never cried for Grenfell victims, the 4m kids under the poverty level, the handicapped who are worse off with cuts, the immigrants from the Caribbean she caused untold anguish to ... years of self-sympathy How do you know she didn't cry...

Dominic, Your solution does not take into account those that want to leave but don't like the deal but want to leave the EU. According to you if they don't like the deal then their default option is to stay.

Re: Tactical Voting in the EU Elections

Lots of people/parties wanting a second referendum or disguising it as a 'people's vote'. (Who else other than people would vote amuses me). However, couldn't these EU elections be considered as some sort of second referendum? Add up the percentages gained by 'Brexit' or partially 'Brexit' parties a...
