Re: Revolut
Just been looking through this post. Having a spat with our UK bank and am looking at alternative options as I still really need a UK bank for various reasons. Has anyone here used Revolut for receiving their State/Government pensions?

Re: Confliclting info re. paperwork for MUK3 biometric card
When applying for an appointment for a MUKW3. Initially do you send an email with the contact details as listed on the page for arranging an appointment or complete and send the whole completed application as shown on the official application form. Sorry if that sounds a bit confusing.

Re: Traffice light cameras
I was stopped at the traffic lights on Evropis Ave at the turn off to Universal (where the new camera has been installed) as they were red waiting to turn right. The right turn filter turned green so I started my right turn. And lo! I got a double flash from the traffic camera. Be interesting to see...

Re: Smart App or SMS Payment Required At 8 Parking Locations From Monday
Well my first attempt to use this Smart Parking failed! Downloaded and logged into the app. Selected e wallet, added bank card details and loaded it with 5 euros and got SMS confirmation from Bank that it has been paid so off I went to park. Parked the car, pressed the big P and selected e wallet. N...

Re: Driving License aged 70
I renewed my Cypriot Driving License back in November. Was given a temporary 30 day license which ran out in December. Went back to Citizens Office and was given a second 30 day temp. Was told no problem with my application just very busy. Second temp runs out in 10 days so I guess another trip the ...

Re: Booster Jabs...
Just to clarify it in my mind - is the 'Main Entrance' to the hospital the one where you used to go in and queue up for registering for doctors appointment (Pick up 'tickets')? Or is it the one further round nearer to the pharmacists?
Thanks, Chris

Re: Completing Cypriot tax return
I also emailed the tax office and this was their reply (a bit ambiguous): No need to register and file a tax return if your income is no more than 19500 EUROS. Obligation to file a tax Return have individuals with annual gross income of more than €19500. However, if there is a need to submit a tax r...

Re: Over 70s driving licence renewal extra documents required
Hmm, that's all well and good asking for utility bills but as far as I'm aware utility bills are only in one name. My wife's name is not on any of them. So what would she do? Certainly when I renewed last year it was just the application form, medical report and copy of my MEU3. Sure it's not some j...

Re: Tax form 2019
If you have the certificate the S1 Number is your UK NI number. The date needed is the date the certificate was sent (top right) The Ref number is on the top left side starting MOH then a series of numbers. I entered the number as it appears including the dots.

Re: Tax form 2019
Finally completed my tax return without any errors! Many thanks for all whole offered good advice. My main problems were: 1) What to enter in the various TIC boxes, answer - Nothing (it worked for me!) And 2) How to clear codes from income/pensions no longer valid, answer - there is a blank space at...
