Since a couple of days the nighttime temperature at my place in the Paphos hinterland (450 m sea level) was not below 18c and looking up the forecast of a German weather website, it looks like that summer 2024 is on the way early....

It looks like it was pretty bad there - If we had a bad storm in Paphos I slept through it... Well, I woke up from rumbling thunder very close and noisy at my place above Paphos just 1/2 hour before the Tornado happened in Limassol and unplugged electricity to computer and PV- inverter in my office...

This photo published in the press shows last nights Tornado, which struck very close to the skyscraper in Yermasoyia/Limassol area, leading to a lot of damage to EAC's electricity network there. I wonder how much the people living at higher apartments felt the storm in that building..... :roll: http...
