FB Video chat problem

The only Facebook video chat I occasionally do is with a friend in the UK. Never had a problem before but a few days ago we could see one another & I could hear her but she couldn’t hear me. I went through all my settings & all microphones were on. I did several re-starts but nothing worked....

Re: Clothes On Line

I tried to register a couple of months ago but the site didn't recognise a Cyprus post code so couldn't complete the registration. Customer service was useless & just ignored the fact that I was in Cyprus & replied that I should enter the address manually & not use the Royal Mail post co...

Re: S1 nedical cards.Renewing?

Chaddy, I have just looked at our Cypriot white health card & yes it does say S1 (or in our case E121) on the same line as our name. Everything else is in Greek!!! On the front of the card, bottom left is Y.Y. (I.Y.) 91 & you should automatically get a new one sent to you when it expires. Th...

Re: S1 nedical cards.Renewing?

We have E121 forms which were replaced by the S1 forms. The E121 forms do not have an expiry date. I would have thought as long as you are getting a UK state pension the S1 would be the same but I don’t know if things changed after Brexit.

Thank you Dominic. The person is not a scammer, I have been getting emails/books for many years but it is a Hotmail account & perhaps it has been hacked? I will pass on your message. I've opened an Outlook email account which hopefully will mean I'll now get my books but perhaps not if her accou...

Can anyone help bearing in mind that I’m nearer 80 than 70 & not quick on the uptake when it comes to technology! I’ve been getting books from a particular book store for many years with no problem. This month I received an email to my laptop with my 1st ten books, no problem, but not the 2nd em...
