Just tell them you blew it at the casino or whatever. Honestly, why is it any of their business what you spend YOUR money on.

Re: Excellent Cyprus online pharmacy

There aren't any prescription drugs on there that I can see. It looks like a Boots / Superdrug type online store with things like vitamins, cold/cough remedies and insect repellants etc.

Lots about at the moment, had 2 fly in the house already - one knocked themselves out on the glass sliding door in the lounge, after a minute or so they were back up and fit to fly :-)

Re: The Pink Stuff

I bought some last week in the Grande store on the coast road (smaller version of Cycleband). Tried a bit on a baking tray that had some burnt stuff on it, worked very well :)

Terry
On the coast road heading towards St George, it is on the left just after Paliomonastiro and just before the EKO petrol station. Think it used to be a snack bar type restaurant there before.

Re: How much do you pay for a car-wash?

There is a mobile car wash that has started up recently, they advertise quite a lot on FB. They came out and did 2 of our cars, including the headlights on one of them. They did a very good job and we were impressed. They have a sign written van with all their equipment in and bring their own water,...

You can also say Christos Anesti (Christ has risen) and if someone says that to you can reply with Alithos Anesti (Indeed, he has risen).

Lidl do not have the beef stock cubes ever, they only stock (!) chicken and veg ones. Philippos have beef ones but they are not Oxo, I think they are Knorr.

That road down there which is a dead end. The dog was seen running down the road and then into the half built house on the le...

There's a slightly different story on the Cyprus Mail:

It implies the tourists had been involved earlier in defending a lady that was being hit.

Actually I went into the branch about 3 weeks ago to change my address and that's when the letter arrived, I don't understand why they didn't get me to 'update my...
