I’m hearing more and more about security and the valu of a vpn. My setup is a Router, a IPTV black box and a smart tv. Data streams from the router to the box wirelessly. If I want to add a vpn, where does it ‘sit’ ? Is it a piece of software to be uploaded somewhere? What do I have to do to acquire...

Do I need 6 months passport grace

Hoping to visit the Uk in the new year.

Both mine and Mrs CL have passports to be renewed in July 24.

I’m a bit confused about regulations as it’s some time since I last visited.

Do I need 6 months unexpired passports after the return to Cyprus?

Confused. CL

Re: Paphos Old Town Walk

I know this location well, and it has stood the test of time throughout all the renovations

But I didn’t know that they did lunch. I’ve walked past and on to Laona further down many times.

What type of food is on offer at lunchtimes?

Mirror Mirror on the wall…..

I need to replace a mirror in the bathroom
As the outgoing one was fairly large, I need to ensure that I’ve covered off the old mounting holes.

Is there anywhere in Paphos that I can buy a mirror cut to a bespoke size
Does the place opposite Paps on polis road do this? Anyone know. ?

Re: Cyprus tourism revenue nears pre-pandemic levels

One way to help this ‘significant figure’ is to put prices up by 30%. Another post covid feature

Money for nothing etc….and your chips for..+30%

Re: Property insurance renewal.

My Intasure renewal has just come in with a €60 hike over last year; which was preceded by a €60 hike the year before. I’m now seeing silly Building and Contents figures conjured up from who knows where. Is there a way of getting a realistic value on rebuilding.? I’m thinking a about the ETEK techni...

Re: Air Fryer

Hello…. I’ve recently bought an air fryer, and am delighted with what it can do. In respect of the silicone dishes, I’ve found them very useful. Handles on the side to lift the contents out. However, as you say, there are no “ drains” to the dishes and anything ( food) which has a heavy fat content ...

Give a man enough rope….and he’ll cordon off a bit of the garden. Need to rope off a bit of my garden, and I’m looking for rope, about 1.5 to 2 inches diameter. Tried the diy places in Anavargos and polis road without success. Only 0.5 inches diameter What I’m looking for is the sort of rope that yo...
