Unless it is different in Cyprus in the Uk you can wait in the yellow box at traffice lights if turning right and the only thing stopping you from exiting is the oncoming traffic.

The Titania Centre did used to be one of Paphos' cinemas in the 1940's. It was in an article in a old magazine I had called Moveto & Essential Pafos which had an Old Town walk in it that was done by the Municipality and Cyprus Tourism.
