I have certainly read this morning about Private Hospitals taking Non Covid patients therefore freeing up more beds in the general hospital

However you look at it the report says.. "Admissions have been steadily rising in recent days with state hospitals treating a record 228 coronavirus patients on Tuesday."

As Jackie is in the UK I would have thought the leaflet would be in English.
But really if you have side effects that you are not happy with it is a doctor that should be consulted really, not members of a forum.. Whatever a member tells you may well be different for another patient..

My guess is that the part of your pensions that you get from your late husbands account has not increased at all.. So IF that part has no increase at all, it will bring the overall percentage down.

Fortunately I am it would appear in the very early stages of this affliction, and mainly only have pins and needles in my fingers. I do also get 'electric shocks' (my terminology) in my left wrist. So I will wait to see what the next step is when I see my consultant.. I assume he will refer me to a ...

Thankyou again galexinda.. At the two hospitals I use it is quite difficult to get in to just see anyone. But I will bear in mind what you say.. I was thinking of getting a splint, and indeed tried one of pull on type wrist sleeves last night.. I took it off halfway through the night, it felt as tho...

Well I am also being treated (successfully) for Rheumatoid Arthritis, but I have never been advised to 'rest' . I have been doing the gardens and 5 dog walks a day..

The only snag I see there is that means getting yet another referral. And what the Physio says may be at variance with what the Neurologist says.. I will wait to see what is suggested in 4 weeks or so..
But it is good that there is a surgeon in the hospital that I am already seeing a consultant..

i am appreciative of everyone's input as it is all more knowledge for me.. It will be 4 or 5 weeks before I get to discuss this with my consultant.
